Personality
General personality: Milena is... well, she's quite a normal 15 year old girl, despite the fact that her father is an Olympian Greek God. She squeals for cute boys, coos over cute animals, and loves to play pranks on anyone and everyone. Being very active, especially going for morning runs with her mother when she's at home, keeps her quite busy. Milena hates to sit down and do nothing but stare at some silly little device. So, instead, she likes to create imaginary adventures to go on. She'll go out to the park and climb a tree, pretending that she's on some far away island, searching for the perfect perch to overlook a valley. Imagination is something incredibly important to Milena as it gets her away from the horrible real world filled with monsters and jerks.
Milena is a very caring person, and tends to put people before herself quite often. Especially her mother, who she feels as though she has an obligation to take care of. She's one of those people that help the older ladies carry their grocery bags across the crosswalk. On the other hand though, she also is the one to go to on April Fool's Day because she will gladly provide you with some awesome prank ideas. Stealing things from people seems to come naturally to her, so she uses that to her advantage when pulling her pranks. Milena also loves to sing, and is actually pretty good at it. She's performed at some regular school talent shows, but mostly she'll just belt out songs on the regular, probably in the middle of your sentence.

History: Maria Colias was not ready to have a child, but love does strange things to strange people. Upon giving birth to a beautiful baby girl, Maria had accepted that she was going to have to man up. Or, I guess it would be woman up? Regardless, she took motherhood in stride and raised beautiful little Milena the best she could. She applied for a proper job in an office instead of at the waffle house once she could go back to work, but also tried to stay home with her baby girl as much as she could.
Milena herself was quite the happy baby. She was very easy to care for, other than the occasional times she would throw food around. Regardless, she was always smiling and giggling at just about everything. However, when she reached about age 10, she started to act out a little. She decided that pranking people was going to be her new passion, so that's what she did. It got her into trouble at school a bit, but it's also how an interesting little friend found her around the age of 11.
His name was Birch, and he walked with a funny limp and had a bit of a lisp. He was really nice to Milena, and would try and stand up for her when people would be mean, but for the most part it was Milena protecting Birch. There was one time after she had turned 13... It's still a little blurry, but Birch had stood up for Milena. There was a boy at school who kept yelling at her and telling her that she smelt funny and getting really aggressive. A teacher had stepped in and told the boy to stop, so he did but only until after school.
As Birch was walking Milena home from the bus stop at the end of their shared street, the boy from her school had started chasing them, yelling mean words at them and scaring the crap out of both of them. Milena tripped as they were running through a neighbour's front yard, and everything after that was really blurry. All she really knows is that one minute, she's face down in the grass, and the next she's waking up in a comfy cot in an unfamiliar place. That is how Milena Colias ended up in Camp-Half Blood. She was claimed a few months days later by her father, Hermes.
