Jacob was laughing loudly and hoping that Danny wouldn't come to because of it. Jacob thought he was the funniest guy in the entire world right now. He was standing in front of a mirror in the Ares cabin and looking at the outfit he had compiled for the Masquerade party. He had found a suit in the mess of the big house, maybe someone was saving it for something special, but Jacob took it anyway. He poured oil over exactly hald the suit and caught it in fire. Putting it out fast enough to only affect that half of the suit. He then applied make up, stolen from the Aphrodite cabin, to half of his face to make it look burned. He placed the mask on and completed his outfit with a coin with one side covered in black and burn. He was officially Two Face, the famous batman villain.
When Danny did indeed come to, as he always did, he would have no idea why he was dressed that way. Jacob relished in the fact that he would freak Danny out so easily. Danny whipped around to face the door, stuck his tongue out at Amy, and marched out the door.

Jacob approached the lake and assessed the playing fields. Lots of pretty girls, lots of stupid guys and a lot of opportunities to humiliate Danny and try to one up Amelia. He would get that cabin leader spot sooner or later. He shrugged the thought off, no point worrying about that right now. He looked around for his favorite victims of flirtation, the hunters. He saw a few of them spread out in small groups, but they didn't often stand alone.
Finally, he came across a lovely brunette who seemed to be on her own. Clearly a hunter, she had that immortal glow about her. Jacob straightened out his jacket before sauntering towards her, flipping his coin casually. Then he thought of an idea, perhaps he could say if it landed on heads he would let Danny out, but on tails he would stick around. Nah, not yet. I need to have my fun first. No point leaving that to chance, he thought as he continued flipping the coin.
He approached the hunter, slowly, acting as if he was heading in another direction, until he was a few feet away and then turned to face her. "You look lovely, just so you know," he said, doing his best nice little Danny impression.
