Personality
General personality: Although she was teased much of her life Rose always kept a positive outlook on life. She always believed her mum hadn't really abandoned them, at least not willingly. She is bubbly and hyperactive along with having the tendency to overreact. She is melodramatic and would make a good actor but prefers to spend her time drawing. Drawing is the only time she can stand to sit still for more then five minutes, drawing also distracted her from the fact that she was unclaimed for the long time that she was.

History: Athena took an interest in Rose's father instantly when they, literally, ran into each other on the street. The goddess could feel the wisdom radiate off the man and they got to know each other. Sadly Zeus ordered Athena to leave the mortal man. He was depressed for a short while until Rose appeared on his doorstep. He was over the moon about the small baby with the sparkling blue eyes and tuft of strawberry blonde hair. With Rose came a note from Athena, telling him the dangers a demigod child could face, he knew one day he would have to send her to that camp.
She grew up in a poor neighbourhood in downtown Manhattan. Until she was 8 she believed that her mother simply walked out on her and her father. She and her father had a close relationship and she loved him dearly. She was often bullied at school for being ADHD and dyslexic and had no friends, not because no one liked her, but because everyone was scared of the bullies. Her grades were below average for her age but her father didn't care, he'd just tell her that she had tried her best and that was what mattered. When she was 8 a monster, later revealed as the chimera, attacked her and her father, who sadly died, she travelled alone for sometime before being discovered by a satyr who took her to camp-half blood where she lived in the Hermes cabin for some years. At camp she gets along with her siblings and most of the other campers, with few exceptions. When she was 12 she was finally claimed. She is now 13, no one knows why she took so long to be claimed although there are theories.
At camp she quickly made friends with the Hermes cabin and enemies with most of the Aphrodite cabin. Hating their stuck up attitudes although some are nice to her. Shortly after she arrived at camp a Hermes girl took her to the weapons shed to find something, she settled on a bow and arrow for battle and a knife should enemies get to close. The knife she picked was Celestial Bronze and the Hermes girl seemed weary of it, saying that many people called it a 'cursed blade', some campers privately believe it is the reason she took so long to be claimed.
